Thank you for considering me for your commission! Please ensure that, you have read and agreed to the terms and conditions below before you contact me for a commission slot. By commissioning me, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted my terms.

COMMISSION DETAILS

- I only accept 1-2 slots for commissions (includes all services)
- Before I start the commission, we can have a chat about your expectations for communication as well as what you want in the commissioned work
- Please provide your relevant references for the artwork.
- i reserve the right to reject commissions if I am uncomfortable or do not feel confident in drawing
- Pieces will be delivered within 2 months of the start of the commission unless otherwise stated.
- Changes to the illustration cannot be made after the sketch is delivered
- Completed artwork will be sent in png format Via google drive

PAYMENT DETAILS

- Payment to be made ONLY through PayPal
- You may bargain for a better price as long as it is reasonable, however I reserve the right to reject the bargain.
- Pay half of the price after sketch is delivered and the other half when the commission is completed
- Strictly NO refunds unless I am unable to complete the commission
- No cancellation of the commission after sketch is delivered or any form of payment is made
- Strictly no filing chargebacks unless otherwise stated.

USE CONDITIONS

- i reserve the copyrights to the commissioned work
- I reserve the right to use the commissioned work in my portfolio or to promote my art
- The commissioned work should in no way be edited or altered by anyone other than me
- The commissioned work CANNOT be used for redistribution or commercial purposes unless you pay the commercial fee. (which will vary on a case by case basis and should be discussed in DMs) I WILL NOT make you pay the commercial fee if you are using the commissioned work for the things listed below. If you are unclear, please ask me directly.
- Profile pictures
- Profile banners
- Content Overlays
- Content Thumbnails
- Pngtube model and/or discord reactives
- The commissioned work may not be used to promote offensive or nsfw content.
- Please give credits properly and do not claim the work as anyone else’s if posted ANYWHERE. In no way may my watermark be removed.
- Violations of the use conditions in a revoking of the usage of the commissioned work and a blacklist from future commissions.
